THE ANNUAL EID UL ADHA KIDS SHOW COMPETITION

This year, you are to memorise part of ‘Muqtadash-Shahaadatayn Lin-Nabulsiyy’ in Arabic. Then come down to the 2MFM Radio Station and share what you have learned with us. All participants will receive a giveaway! Further details provided on the following page.

The Challenge

To be part of the competition, you, our young listener (4-14 years old), are asked to memorise the following poem known as “Muqtadash-Shahaadatayn Lin-Nabulsiyy” in Arabic.

This poem will be repeated on the Kid’s Show, so tune in every weekend!

The Competition Day

You will be asked to come to the radio station and will be asked to recite this poem off by heart.

The top 2 reciters will be given a cash giveaway.

Winners are to be announced on the second day of the Sydney Eid Festival (9^th July 2023) @ Salamah Complex 40 Hector St Chester Hill.

Muqtadash-Shahaadatayn Lin-Nabulsiyy

مَعرِفَةُ اللهِ عليكَ تُفتــرَضْ           بأنَّهُ لا جَوْهَــرٌ ولا عَــــرَضْ

وليسَ يحويهِ مكانٌ لا وَلا        تُدرِكُهُ العُقُـــولُ جَلّ وَعَــــــلا

لا ذاتُهُ يُشْبِهُ للـــــــذَّوَاتِ          ولا حَكَـــت صِفَاتُهُ الصّفَاتِ

فرْدٌ لنا بهِ تتَـِـــــمَ المَعْرِفَةْ              وواحــــدٌ ذاتاً وفِعــْــــلاً وَصِفَةْ

فَهُوَ القَديمُ وَحْدَهُ وَالبَاقِي          في القَيْدِ نَحْنُ وَهُوَ في الإطْلاقِ

وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ وَالبَصِيرٌ لم يَزَلْ        بِغَيْرِ مَا جَارِحَةٍ وَفِـــي الأَزَلْ

لَهُ كَلامٌ لَيْسَ كَالمَعْرُوفِ           جَلّ عَنِ الأَصْوَاتِ وَالحُرُوفِ

أَرْسَلَ رُسْلَهُ الكِرَامَ فِينَا           مُبَشِّرِينَ بـَـــلْ وَمُنْذِرِيـــــــنَا

أَيَّدَهُمْ بِالصِدْقِ وَالأَمَانَهْ           وَالحِفْظِ وَالعِصْمَةِ وَالصِّيَانَهْ
