Al Amanah College Students’ visit to 2MFM

Empowering Minds and Amplifying Voices: Al Amanah College Students Immerse Themselves in the Vibrant Domain of 2MFM Radio.

On Tuesday the 9th of May 2023, the vibrant Year 10 Arabic class from Al Amanah College Liverpool embarked on a delightful excursion to the esteemed 2MFM radio station. Brimming with excitement, they were warmly welcomed and treated to an enchanting tour of our recording studios to record their own voices on the illustrious radio equipment.

Immersed in their captivating Arabic unit “Media,” the students were enlightened with an invaluable overview of 2MFM’s remarkable establishment, its profound mission, and the invaluable services it graciously extends to the diverse ethnic Muslim community nestled within the Sydney RA1 license area. Through this eye-opening experience, the students gained profound insight into the inner workings of a live on-air studio, discovering the secrets behind achieving a captivating and engaging broadcast.

In a heartfelt gesture, the students were warmly invited to actively participate by volunteering and sharing their feedback to elevate 2MFM’s exceptional services and operations. The visit left an indelible mark on the Year 10 Arabic class, fostering a deep appreciation for the power of media and the incredible impact it can have within a vibrant and inclusive community.
